October 17-27, 2013. Dr. Joseph Rebman joined Rotarians and volunteers from Central Pennsylvania, Brazil, Denmark, Australia, Japan and host country Jamaica in Jamaica for an eye, dental, and medical mission. This was a Rotary Foundation grant project.

The mission began on the eastern side of the island in Kingston.  The majority of the mission occurred in the St. Elizabeth parrish on the southwestern part of Jamaica.  The Eye Team saw about 200 people each day in very hot and humid weather.  Most of the Rotarians changed from wearing normal scrub pants to shorts.  Blogging was difficult on this trip due to poor internet access.
