TO BECOME A MEMBER, fill-out this  ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM,  pay the $50 Initiation fee, and the first $120 semi-annual dues assessment directly, (total of $170) via our secure credit card link.
 
If you prefer to write a check, complete the on-line form, PRINT IT OUT, attach the required check for $170 payable to "Elizabethtown Rotary" and mail it to P.O. Box 89, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. 
 
Applications cannot be processed without full payment.
As a Rotarian, 
I am committed to observe the "Rotary Four Way Test" in all my daily contacts and activities.
I am required to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Club.
I am expected to participate weekly in a club meeting, a social activity, a fundraiser or a service project.
I am responsible to share in the operating expenses of the club
by paying semi-annual dues within 30-days of receipt of the invoice.
I am privileged to be able to support the Rotary Foundation,
and I understand that I am expected to try to contribute at least $100.00 per year.
I am required to pay my own way for meals and social events, and not expect the club to carry my debts.
I must always represent Rotary in a positive way in my community!
