Please join fellow Rotarians to help the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank - we will likely help pack for its ElderShare program, sort donated product, and repackage bulk food items.
When you arrive, enter through the evening volunteer entrance on the right side of the building (3908 Corey Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109), where there will be training in the demonstration kitchen.
Wear closed toe shoes, shorts and pants at least knee length, and shirts with sleeves (t-shirts okay). It may be warm inside the warehouse.
Saturday morning August 3rd, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm.
Wittel Farm Growing Project grows fresh vegetables, which it provides to local community cupboards.
Please wear work clothes and bring water. Shovels and spades and other equipment are helpful but not necessary.
