Vision, Mission and Goals
Vision Statement:
To be a dynamic club with an engaged, diverse membership serving humanity through local and global projects.
Mission Statement:
To support Rotary International by engaging and empowering a diverse community of Rotarians and others to improve humanity locally and around the world, through service, fellowship, and friendship.
Club Goals for 2022-2023
1. Grow Membership from 134 to 144
2. Have at least 15 Service Projects
3. Develop Earth to Etown into larger event & possible fundraiser
4. Have 5 leaders go to RLI
5. Have 5 leaders go to District Conference
6. 99% of members giving to the Foundation & enrolled in MY ROTARY
7. By end of year have a plan in place for 100th Anniversary
8. Have an “OLD FARTS” Bike Trip
9. Continue to have so much fun while serving, learning and growing
10. Surprise gift if I can pull it off. No Board Approval Needed.
